Refund Policy

All Quiet Walls products are digital downloads. No physical items are shipped.

EU Right of Withdrawal

If you are located in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of your order, without giving any reason.

However, by downloading your digital files, you expressly consent to the immediate delivery of digital content and acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal once the download has begun.

If you have not yet downloaded your files, you may request a cancellation within 14 days of purchase by contacting us at shar.johns92@gmail.com or through your account at https://shopify.com/73702670487/account.

European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period

If you are an EU customer who has not yet downloaded your files, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of purchase for any reason.

Refunds

If your cancellation request is approved, you'll be refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, please contact us at shar.johns92@gmail.com.

Damages and Issues

If you experience a technical issue with your files (corrupted file, download failure), please contact us immediately and we'll resolve it.

Non-Refundable Items

Due to the nature of digital products, files that have already been downloaded cannot be returned or refunded.
